1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is hosted and administered by Winner2x LLC, doing business as WinnerWinner (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to any individual 18 years of age or older, legal U.S. or D.C. resident. Employees of WinnerWinner, Sponsor, affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win. Any entrant ineligible under these rules will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be forfeited.

3. Promotion Period

Promotion begins August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be submitted during this time to qualify.

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Promotion by joining the WinnerWinner Club or via a free entry method:

• Club Access + Deal Vault Entry: By purchasing one of three Club access packages ($5, $25, or $50), you gain access to the Deal Vault—a curated collection of affiliate offers—and receive a package-specific number of entries:
  
  

• $5 package = 5 entries
  
  

• $25 package = 50 entries
  
  

• $50 package = 200 entries
  
  

• Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without any payment, complete the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) form available on the promotion page. Limit one free entry per person per day. Free entrants gain the same eligibility in prize drawings as those who join the Club.
  
  

All entries—whether via Club access or AMOE—are entered into each active prize drawing and treated equally.

5. Entry Limits

No limit on the number of entries one may purchase via Club access. Free entries are limited to one per person per calendar day. Any entrant using false identities or trying to bypass entry limits may be disqualified.

6. Prizes

One (1) winner for each prize will be randomly selected:

Total ARV per Sweepstakes cycle: $1,350.
If required by Georgia law, a resident may receive the cash equivalent of the prize instead of the prize itself.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds depend on the total number of entries received. For each entrant, odds = (number of entries submitted by that person) ÷ (total entries received).

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are chosen randomly within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends, using a third-party sweepstakes management provider. Winners will be notified via the email they provided upon entry. They must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim their prize. If no response is received or the entrant is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

9. Winner List

To request a winners list, email ryan@winner2x.com with the subject line: “Winner List Request – [Month] Sweepstakes.” Requests must be received within 60 days after the Promotion Period ends.

10. Anti‑Gambling Disclosure

We are not a gambling service or gambling website, and we do not provide or encourage unlawful betting or wagering. Sweepstakes are legal contests of chance that comply with federal, state, and local laws. Gambling is not legal everywhere. If you are seeking information about illegal gambling, you must stop using our website immediately. Participation in this Sweepstakes is fully legal and requires no purchase to enter or win.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants WinnerWinner the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry (excluding prize selection) for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

WinnerWinner reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other forces beyond our control interfere. Entries that do not conform to these rules are void.

13. Limitation of Liability

Participants release Winner2x LLC, Sponsor affiliates, partners, and their representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Privacy

Entry information is subject to the WinnerWinner Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal data for administering the Sweepstakes and for promotional purposes.
